This version introduces new Admin Dashboard, VLAN support for KVM and XenServer and some bug fixes.

1) [Feature] We have revamped the Admin Dashboard. Here is the screenshot of the same :

2) [Feature] In this version we have added VLAN support. At the moment it is available only for KVM and XenServer. Here is the link for guide : http://virtualizor.com/wiki/VLAN

3) [Feature] Now Enduser will get email regarding completion of OS Reinstall. When Admin rebuilds the VPS, he can choose whether to send email to enduser or not.

4) [Task] Now when VPS will be created or reinstalled from Admin / Enduser panel, all operations from the Enduser Panel will be locked for that VPS.

5) [Task] Now the Enduser OS Reinstall wizard will push the task in the background.

6) [Task] The Task duration, SSH port, Max SSH login attempts settings in Slave setting are made optional.

7) [Task] Added “Disable Compression” checkbox while starting the migration process. It will not compress the VPS data during the migration task.

8) [Task] Added link to login to Enduser panel from Manage VPS page in Admin Panel.

9) [Task] Added dropdown option on Processes page in Admin panel instead of icons.

10) [Task] Added multi-select test connection option, to test PDNS servers on PDNS page in Admin panel.

11) [BugFix] When migrating a VPS created on RAW storage, the new disk on the destination node was not sparsed. This is now fixed.

12) [Bugfix] On CentOS 7.3 File based (RAW and QCOW2) VPS Disk was not able to mount due to removed support for guestmount (For Windows VPS). This is fixed now.
NOTE : QCOW2 storages are still restricted for Windows guest on Centos 7.3. We are working to support this by compiling our own libguestfs.

13) [Bugfix] Control panel and Recipe installation on one VPS at the same time was not possible. This is fixed now.

14) [BugFix] Backups were failing if Disable Compression was selected in VPS Backups Setting on Ubuntu Nodes. This is fixed now.

15) [BugFix] VPS count on new Dashboard was not correct. This is fixed.

================== Patch 2 ==================

16) [BugFix] After rebuilding the VMs from Admin panel IPs were not shown. This is fixed.

================== Patch 3 ==================

17) [Bugfix] When migrating LVM base VMs it was not able to boot on destination server in some cases. This is fixed.

================== Patch 4 ==================

18) [Task] Now Windows VPS creation will be possible on QCOW2 storages. Restriction was added on CentOS 7.3 as the guestmount support is removed. This is fixed now.

Virtualizor 2.8.9 Launched

This version introduces some bug fixes.
The following are the complete list of changes :

1) [Feature] Now enduser can turn on/turn off virtio from Enduser Panel -> VPS Configuration -> Enable Virtio.

2) [Task] Added Cores column on List Plans page.

3) [Bugfix] On many servers Virtualizor was not able to fetch the VPS status, due to multiple virt-df instances running in background, which causes virsh list to take too much time. This is fixed.

4) [Bugfix] When VPS was migrated from CentOS 7 node to CentOS 6 node, and VPS had the IO setting enabled on CentOS 7 node (Which is supported on CentOS 7 only), at that time Virtualizor was writing the same setting on CentOS6 node resulting the VPS unable to start due to unsupported IO settings. This is fixed.

============================== Patch 1 ==============================

5) [BugFix] On List VPS page the disk usage graph was shown as 100% free even though it was not. This bug was introduced in 2.8.9.0. This is fixed now.

17) [BugFix] Backup script failed to execute for OpenVZ VMs on a multi virtualization nodes i.e. KVM + OpenVZ. This is fixed. This bug did not affect OpenVZ nodes. It affected only multi virtualization nodes.

18) [BugFix] IPv6 subnet generator generated less number of subnets than specified if single IPv6 of the same range were added earlier. This is fixed.

19) [BugFix] If the user time zone was set to “0” which is GMT it would be over written by the Master Time zone. This is Fixed.

20) [BugFix] Admin was able to delete users by logging to Slave admin panel. This is fixed. Now User deletion is possible only from Master server.

21) [BugFix] Admin was able to delete storages by logging to Slave admin panel. This is fixed. Now Storage deletion is possible only from Master server.

22) [BugFix] In the Admin Panel -> List Users page, incorrect Num VPS and Bandwidth usage was shown for Cloud Users if they had any Subuser as the subusers usage was not added to the Cloud Users total. This is fixed.

23) [BugFix] New IPs were assigned to the VPS if a user upgraded/downgraded the number of IPs from WHMCS client panel. This is fixed.

24) [Feature] Added Spanish Language.

25) [Bugfix] If RDP was enabled for a VPS and if it was rebuilt from Admin Panel, it was getting disabled. This is fixed.

26) [Bugfix] In Enduser panel, validations for Control Panels installation requirement were not proper, due to that it was giving error that not supported for the OS. This is fixed.

27) [Bugfix] MAC Address was getting changed when edited a VM from Manage VPS wizard. This is fixed.

28) [Bugfix] When Admin created custom template on XEN, at that time ext4 filesystem option was set and VMs were also created by ext4 filesystem but when checked using command “df -hT” it was showing ext3 instead of ext4. This is fixed.

29) [Bugfix] On KVM node in some cases suspended VMs were not able to unsuspend. This is fixed.

Updated Blesta Module

Hi,

Virtualizor team has updated the Blesta module.
We have updated the Blesta module as on the latest version of Blesta, Plans were not loaded when you select the Server and due to that user were not able to save the product.
We have fixed this and we recommend to update the Blesta module.

Please let us know if you face any issues / you have any suggestions regarding module.
We will resolve it asap and try to improve it asap.
