Blesta (V2) Module Updated

Hi,

We have updated the Blesta module and the new module have the following changes :

1) Added support for LXC.

2) Added support for Virtuozzo KVM and Virtuozzo OpenVZ.

3) Added Support for Proxmox.

4) User can use the VPS Domain Forwarding.
