The Virtualizor Team has released Virtualizor 3.0.1 (Release Candidate) (Patch 3)
In this version we have bug fixes and improvements. Here is the change log for this version:

[Task] Removed legacy backup option “OpenVZ Backups” from Enduser panel. Now only “Backups” option will be there in Enduser Panel which will work for all virtualization types.

[BugFix] Control panel and Recipe installation were failing while creating container on OpenVZ 7. This is fixed.

[BugFix] On OpenVZ7 network unsuspension was not working for containers. This is fixed.

Virtualizor 3.0.1.2 Release Candidate (Patch 2)

The Virtualizor Team has released Virtualizor 3.0.1 (Release Candidate) (Patch 2)
In this version we have bug fixes and improvements. Here is the change log for this version:

[Task] Updated acme.sh for LetsEncrypt to latest version

[Bugfix] On Debian host nodes, file based backups were not working if apparmor service is running. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] RDNS serial key was not getting updated on add/ edit records. Now it will be updated.

[Bugfix] On Manage VPS wizard Secondary ISO was getting removed if any changes were made. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] Migration of VM(s) were failed if destination server is Master server and had Desktop / Lifetime license. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] While importing LXC containers from Proxmox, it was giving error of “container size not found”, if the storage of LXC was ZFS on Proxmox. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] While deleting backups from restore backup wizard, it was not deleting the .inf file. This is fixed now.

[Bugfix] While taking backup of offline VM(s) having file storage, .inf file was not getting removed. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] On Xenserver, backup of offline VM(s) were not getting created. This is fixed.

Virtualizor supports OpenVZ, OpenVZ 7, Xen, XenServer, LXC and Linux-KVM on CentOS and Ubuntu and they all can be managed from the Master. We are adding more features and if you have any suggestions, do let us know. We hope you enjoy this version of Virtualizor.

Virtualizor 3.0.0 (Patch 7) Launched (Stable)

The Virtualizor Team has released Virtualizor 3.0.0 (Patch 7) (Stable)

[Bugfix] If VM is turned on and VM size was increased from Edit VM wizard, resize VPS task was not getting created and the VM was not getting resized after turn off and on. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] On many servers for VM(s) having qcow2 storage, virtualizor was giving error for “Setting Root Password”. This is fixed.

[Bugfix] If Cloud Billing module was enabled for cloud users and their current balance and current usage were the same, Virtualizor was sending unsuspension email to that cloud user. This is fixed.

We are happy to announce the introduction of upcoming new design of Virtualizor Admin as well as Enduser panel.

Changes in the new UI are as follows :

  • Enduser panel is now responsive and mobile friendly.
  • Admin panel is now responsive and mobile friendly.
  • Added quick search option in Admin panel -> Configuration -> Master settings and slave settings
  • Instead of Maps now country flags will be used for server location.
    NOTE: Latitude and longitude settings are replaced by Country code, State and city.
  • Now active tasks count will be shown in the top link
  • Added quick links for faster access

Updated WHMCS module for create Reseller Accounts

We have updated the WHMCS module for creating Reseller Accounts.

Following are the changes / fixes for this update:

  1. Now while terminating the cloud account it will delete the VM(s) and subusers and their respective VM(s) as well. By default the setting is enabled.
