Overview
This guide will give you an overview of how to enable KYC for endusers.
How to enable KYC
You can enable KYC from Admin panel -> KYC -> KYC Settings
Once you have saved the settings, enduser will get an option for the KYC setting in enduser panel. But it will be optional until you have enabled "Force KYC" option as well.
Force KYC
If this option is enabled then enduser will not be able to perform any actions till the KYC is done and approved.
KYC Methods
There are two methods to do the KYC. Manual KYC and Third Party KYC Provide (Automated)
Manual KYC
In the Manual KYC method enduser will upload their KYC details and KYC proofs from enduser panel and once the admin has checked and confirmed the details, they can either Approve or Reject the application.
Third Party KYC Provider (Automated)
This method will use the third-party integration for doing KYC.
At the moment, we support the following third-party KYC providers
Digio
To enable Digio KYC you will need to get the API credentials and Workflow name to enable it.
