Cloud Setup

The Cloud Setup process makes it easier to manage billing for cloud users. During setup, you can merge or edit a New Cloud User Plan and enable billing with all necessary details in one place from control panel URL to SMS settings. 
A key feature is the ability to set resource pricing for hourly, monthly, or yearly usage, ensuring transparent classification and accurate billing for each user. Additionally, the option to configure Tax Rules as per government regulations simplifies compliance.
To support diverse customer needs, multiple payment gateways are available, including Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, PayUMoney, bank transfers, and more. 
Finally, an easy-to-read summary section displays all configured details in a structured, section-wise format, giving admins a clear overview once the cloud setup is complete..

User Plans

  • Admin can create new user plans or edit existing ones from this section.
  • Plans define the allocation of Disk, RAM, and Burst RAM limits for each user.
  • Allowed Virtualization types (like KVM, Proxmox, etc.) can be selected per plan.
  • Bandwidth allocation, along with max IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, is configurable.
  • Each user can then subscribe to a plan chosen by the admin.

Billing Settings

  • Define the Control Panel URL with port for user access.
  • Configure billing details including start date, currency, and symbol.
  • Set balance warning limits and minimum recharge amount.
  • Admin invoice email, invoice logo, and Terms & Conditions are customizable.
  • Company information, registration settings, and SMS notification settings are available here.

Resource Pricing

  • Configure pricing for CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth, IPv4, and IPv6 resources.
  • Pricing can vary per region and should be set individually.
  • Additional resources can be purchased by users as per configured prices.
  • Ensure pricing is regularly updated to match operational costs.
  • Flexible configuration allows per-unit or bundled resource pricing.

Tax Rules

  • General tax settings allow enabling/disabling taxation for invoices.
  • Choose between Inclusive or Exclusive pricing models for taxes.
  • Create multiple custom tax rules with unique names and percentages.
  • Assign default tax rules for consistent application across invoices.
  • Admin can define multiple tax types to match country regulations.

Payment Gateway

  • Multiple gateways supported: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, Duitku.
  • Regional options like PayuMoney India, CCAvenue, and Bank Payment available.
  • Each gateway requires API keys or merchant details for activation.
  • Admin can enable/disable gateways as per business requirement.
  • Users will see active gateways during checkout for payment.
