IPv6 Subnets

Overview

Virtualizor makes it possible to make and assign IPv6 Subnets to VMs e.g. You can break a /64 IPv6 subnet (assigned to your dedicated server) into multiple /112 subnets and assign them to the VMs. This guide shows you how to create IPv6 subnets in VMs.

Create IP Pool

In order to create IPv6 Subnets you need to have an IPv6 IP Pool.

Here is a screenshot of the IPv6 IP Pool creation wizard :

Add IPv6 Subnets

Now that you have an IPv6 IP Pool, we can generate the subnets. To do so go to Virtualizor Admin Panel -> IP Pool -> Add IPv6 Subnets. Fill in the details accordingly and the following is a screenshot of the wizard :

Assign to VM

Once the IPv6 Subnets have been created you can assign them to the VMs while editing or creating a new VM.:
