Tax rules

Tax name - Name of the tax.
Tax level - There are two level of taxes which are level 1 and level 2. In level 2, tax will be applied on the existing level 1 tax amount.

For example:

Suppose the charges for a particular user is $100 and level 1 tax is 10 percent where level 2 tax is 10 percent.
Now as per level 1 tax, the amount added to the charges will be $10 which makes it $110.
Now Level 2 will be applied on level 1 tax amount which is on $10 and hence its value will now become $1.

Hence the total charges after both taxes applied will be $111

Tax rate - Tax value in percentage to be applied.
Country - Country for which you want to create tax rule.
State/Region - State / region for which you want to create tax rule.
