While adding Reverse DNS record from Enduser panel we get following error:
RDNS Zone entry not found. Please contact the Administrator
Above error indicates that Virtualizor Admin has not created RDNS zone entry for the IP range to which VPS IP belongs. This can be solved by Virtualizor administrator.
Solutions:
Solution 1: Add zone entry automatically
Virtualizor can automatically create new RDNS zone entry if it is already not present by enabling following option in Admin panel > Configuration > Master settings > General Settings
Auto Add rDNS Zone
Solution 2: Add zone entry manually
Revers DNS zone entry can be added manually from Admin panel > Power DNS > Add Reverse DNS Zone
Fill in required details and submit
After following solutions mentioned above, try to add record again.
